Roofit.solar is a greentech scale-up focused on the #NetZero building industry. We believe in a future without fossil-fuels. Our bespoke, great looking photovoltaic metal roofs with mate-black Nordic design and integrated BIPV (“Building-Integrated Photovoltaic”) technology provide clean, locally generated electric energy for residential and commercial buildings. We provide complete bespoke roofing solutions with best-in-class circularity, superior net CO2-footprint/sqm, great TCO “total-cost-of-ownership” and reduced total TCB “cost-of-build” via a simple and quick “2in1” installation. When our clients require it, we package additional components for their sustainable home such as batteries, heat pumps or inverters.
Our firm was founded in an Estonian garage in 2016. Our management team, product development, production and supporting teams are based in the Estonian capital Tallinn.
YOUR JOB IN ROOFIT SOLAR ENERGY WILL BE DIVERSE
You work closely together with CFO for financial matters- e.g. analytics, expansion plans and foreign markets.
As an ideal candidate you
have an appropriate financial and/or economic education and at least 5 years' professional experience as a financial specialist
experience with data analysis using Excel is a prerequisite
you feel home with financial analysis- can interpret numbers, see connections, and see details as well as the whole behind it
you have experience in audit, financial analysis or management accounting
have professional written and oral communication skills
you are ready to perform many different tasks on a daily basis
have analytical way of thinking, fast switching skills to different tasks, solution-oriented mindset and good communication skills
are used to work in team as well as individually and have great planning and time management skills
have preferably experience in a fast growing company
feel comfortable working in Estonian as well as in English
have experience in connection with having subsidiaries in foreign markets
WHAT WILL YOU DO
work head to head with the company’s CFO in any applicable topic
managing internal controls and ascertaining regulatory compliance
developing and implementing accounting policies in HQ and in our German and Swedish entities
work as a team together with Production, IT and Sales operations to improve and develop existing processes and digitalization
proactively look for opportunities and projects to improve financial performance and deliver high results in an autonomous way
supporting fund raising and due diligence processes
